hh95 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the hh95 website accessible at hh95.net, including all associated pages, services, games, and features offered therein.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the hh95 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered profile created by a Player on hh95, which holds the Player's personal details, PKR wallet balance, betting history, and preferences.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player into their hh95 Account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) that are available for wagering and withdrawal, subject to any applicable conditions.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit bonuses awarded by hh95 to a Player's Account, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on any game, event, or market available on the hh95 Platform using Real Money Balance or Bonus Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by hh95 before a Player may withdraw funds from their Account.
• "Applicable Law" means any law, regulation, directive, or licensing condition imposed by the gaming authority that has issued hh95's international gaming licence.

By accessing the hh95 Platform, clicking any "I Agree" or registration checkbox, or by simply continuing to use the Platform after these Terms & Conditions have been published or updated, you unconditionally and irrevocably agree to be bound by:

• These Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
• The hh95 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference;
• The hh95 Responsible Gaming Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions;
• Any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

hh95 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except that material changes shall be communicated to registered Players via the email address held on their Account. Your continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party or using funds belonging to a third party without their express consent, you are in breach of these Terms & Conditions, and hh95 may take immediate action including Account suspension.

To register a valid hh95 Account, you confirm that at the time of registration and at all times while your Account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and for your own personal, recreational use only;
• You are not a professional player operating any form of commercial gambling service;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law;
• You have not previously been excluded from hh95 or had an Account closed for any policy breach;
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee or director of hh95 or any associated company;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

hh95 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Only one Account is permitted per individual, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, hh95 will merge or close them at its sole discretion, and any associated balances may be voided.

During the registration process, you will be required to provide: a valid email address, a mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS verification codes, and a date of birth. You will be prompted to complete KYC verification — submission of a valid CNIC or equivalent government-issued identification — before your first withdrawal is processed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hh95 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. hh95 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your hh95 Account that is not shared with any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced Account security where this feature is available;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;
• Notify hh95 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

Any activity carried out through your Account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — while your credentials are in use is considered to be authorised by you, unless you have notified hh95 of a suspected security breach and hh95 has confirmed receipt of that notification. hh95 bears no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

hh95 may, at its discretion, temporarily lock or suspend your Account if suspicious or unusual activity is detected, pending a security review. hh95 will contact you via your registered email address in such cases.

Deposits: hh95 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your Account in PKR. hh95 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which hh95 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. To be eligible for withdrawal, your Account must have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days following submission. hh95 reserves the right to request additional identification or documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on your Account, and only to accounts held in your own name. hh95 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods under any circumstances.

Where hh95 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player's funds may be derived from fraudulent or illegal activity, hh95 may withhold withdrawal processing pending an investigation, in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering requirements. Any balance found to be associated with fraudulent activity will be voided and reported to relevant authorities.

hh95 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all hh95 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance within your Account wallet and must be wagered the stated number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be transferred to your Real Money Balance;
• Only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking;
• hh95 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without notice, provided that any bonus already credited to your Account and already partially wagered will not be removed mid-way through a qualifying wagering period;
• Bonus funds may not be used to place bets on certain excluded game categories as specified in individual promotion terms;
• Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports betting, and table games may contribute at a lower percentage as detailed in each promotion;
• Any attempt to exploit or abuse bonus offers — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in Account closure.

hh95 reserves the right to amend wagering requirements, adjust bonus amounts, or cancel bonuses where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has attempted to abuse the promotional system.

All bets placed on hh95 are subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules published within the sportsbook interface:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In-play bets are accepted at the live odds displayed at the moment of placement;
• hh95 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake amount on any market, including the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions where betting patterns suggest professional or syndicated activity;
• In the event of a technical malfunction or manifest error resulting in an incorrect price being published, hh95 reserves the right to void all bets placed at that erroneous price;
• Bets may not be cancelled by the Player once confirmed, except where hh95 offers a specific "Cash Out" feature for that market, in which case the Cash Out amount displayed is final upon acceptance;
• Cricket bets — including PSL markets — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Bets on abandoned or postponed matches are handled per the specific sport rules displayed in the sportsbook;
• hh95 reserves the right to void, suspend, or delay settlement of any bet where the outcome is subject to official investigation or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect match manipulation;
• The minimum single bet stake is Rs 100. Maximum payout per bet slip is subject to limits displayed in the relevant sportsbook market.

All casino games available on hh95 — including slots, live dealer tables, virtual table games, and speciality games — are provided by third-party certified game suppliers. The Random Number Generator (RNG) systems used in non-live casino games are independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers in regulated studio environments.

The following rules apply to all casino games on hh95:

• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term average and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes;
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, hh95's servers record the game state at the point of disconnection. The game round will be completed automatically per the game rules, and the outcome will be applied to your Account once the connection is restored;
• Where a game malfunction occurs due to a software fault in the game provider's system, hh95 will void the affected round(s) and refund stakes to the Player's Account;
• hh95 reserves the right to restrict access to specific casino games for Players in certain regions, or for Players who have reached self-imposed deposit or session limits under the Responsible Gaming settings on their Account;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface. These limits may be adjusted by hh95 or the game provider without notice.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the hh95 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, their balance forfeited, and relevant information disclosed to law enforcement authorities where required:

• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments to make deposits; providing false personal or financial information during registration or KYC; misrepresenting identity in any way;
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker-style games;
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; placing offsetting bets across multiple Accounts to reduce risk while retaining bonus value; systematic exploitation of any promotional mechanic;
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets solely to exploit pricing inconsistencies between hh95 and other operators as part of a commercial or semi-commercial operation, as opposed to recreational betting;
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or make decisions on your behalf without genuine human judgment at the point of each wager;
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargeback requests with your bank or payment provider in respect of deposits that were genuinely made and used for gaming activity on hh95;
• Account Transfer: Selling, transferring, or assigning your hh95 Account or any balance held therein to any other person;
• Underage Play: Providing false date of birth information to register an Account while under 21 years of age.

All content on the hh95 Platform — including but not limited to the hh95 name, logo, design, trademarks, software, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of hh95 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from hh95;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Frame or mirror the Platform or any portion of it on any third-party website;
• Use any hh95 trademark, logo, or brand element in any way that could create confusion about your affiliation with hh95.

Any unauthorised use of hh95's intellectual property may result in legal action. hh95 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hh95 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or any of its services;
• Any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in transmission, or communication failure;
• Any losses incurred as a result of wagering activity on the Platform, including gaming losses;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account data or transmission;
• Any third-party content, conduct, or services accessible via the Platform;
• Force majeure events including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit hh95's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Where limitation of liability is not permitted by law in a particular jurisdiction, such limitations shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by that jurisdiction's law.

hh95's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your hh95 Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hh95 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. All Players are encouraged to treat gambling as a form of entertainment and to wager only amounts they can comfortably afford to lose. hh95 provides a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and cannot be increased for a mandatory cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out or notified;
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a short break from 24 hours up to 6 weeks without permanently closing your Account;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the hh95 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Either party may terminate the relationship governed by these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Termination by You: You may close your hh95 Account at any time by submitting a closure request via live chat or by emailing [email protected] from your registered email address. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of any applicable bonus conditions) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC verification having been completed.

Termination by hh95: hh95 may suspend or permanently terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• hh95 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• You are found to be under 21 years of age;
• You have opened multiple Accounts in violation of the one-account policy;
• Continuation of your Account would expose hh95 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• hh95 is required to do so by its licensing authority or by applicable law.

Upon termination for breach, hh95 reserves the right to retain any balance associated with the breaching activity. Balances unrelated to the breach will be returned to you following the completion of any applicable investigation period.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hh95 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless applicable mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

In the event of a dispute, hh95 encourages Players to first contact the support team at [email protected] to attempt an informal resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication within 30 days, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by hh95's licensing authority.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
